Available in a broad range of decors, textures, thicknesses and core colours, Compact Laminate provides a consistent architectural finish without requiring a separate board substrate. Exposed edges can be machined and incorporated into the finished design, creating clean and highly detailed junctions. Featurecraft can coordinate material selection, fabrication and project-specific detailing to suit the intended use, allowing the material's durability and structural characteristics to become part of the design rather than simply a surface finish.

Sound Enhancement

For maximum acoustic performance we recommend that panels are installed over 20 -100mm acoustic blanket. NRC values of up to 0.95 are achievable, depending on the perforation pattern and panel thickness

Additional Information

Our HPL Panels combine a durable, easy-care laminate surface with a selected MDF core to create a complete architectural lining or panel system. HPL is factory bonded for a consistent finish, while panel size, substrate, edge treatment and machining can be tailored to the application. For acoustic projects, panels can be perforated and combined with acoustic backing. Fire and acoustic performance relate to the complete panel construction, so the required system should be confirmed during specification.
