Geometric Boxes
Featurecraft's Geometric Boxes are designed to fulfil the human desire for environmental texture and complexity, providing a fashionable alternative to the static drop ceilings that dominate modern architecture in New Zealand. Available in two styles – square and side taper – with custom shapes fashioned upon request, these three-dimensional (3D) ceiling boxes truly are the most versatile building block for a feature box ceiling.
Built from a composite core of plywood and MDF, the Geometric Box is a sturdy and long-lasting decorative system that still captures the delicate look of natural timber. Ceiling boxes can be customised in a multitude of ways: through selection of box shapes, sizes, and spacing, through application of timber stains, timber veneers, or HPL/Melamine veneers, through acoustic perforations on the ceiling box face, and through selection of coloured polyester ceiling box backings.

Additionally, in keeping with NZ’s stringent fire safety regulations, our Geometric Boxes achieve a Group 1-S rating. Featurecraft is also Chain of Custody certified, and our products are FSC® and PEFC compliant, contributing towards Greenstar and Homestar accreditations. In layman’s terms, this means that our Geometric Boxes are environmentally sustainable.
