A new retail and hospitality precinct has graced Havelock North’s CBD providing a modern, vibrant space for various businesses to thrive.

The building, designed by RTA Studio, has a strong focus on a work and lifestyle urban environment with a strong connection to the existing Havelock North CBD.

Featurecraft’s Fire Rated black MDF panels line the elevator and stairwell of the building finished in a Black Oak veneer with custom horizontal slot perforations. RTA wanted the perforations to stand out against the black panels and therefore opted for a striking red Polyester (PET) backing behind the large 3000mm long panels.

The commercial development on Joll Road provides something new and unique for the fast-growing village to be enjoyed by both locals and visitors.
